COD is available for orders between ₹299 and ₹10,000. Higher value orders require online payment.
Please keep exact change ready. Our delivery partners may not have change for large denominations.

COD orders follow the same return policy as other orders. Returns are processed via bank transfer.
We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.

COD is not available in the following cases:
Orders above ₹10,000 require online payment for security reasons
Areas not covered by our delivery partners
Orders with more than 10 items require online payment
Same-day or next-day delivery orders require online payment
For COD orders, returns are processed via bank transfer. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Refunds for COD orders may take 1-2 additional days compared to online payment refunds due to verification processes.
